It does not matter who you think was right or wrong back then, one thing is for sure. It was a brutal war and both sides fought for what they wanted!
Just like searching for a job these days. It does not matter why you are unemployed, if your company was fair or unfair when they terminated you, the truth is that you are without a job and if you are serious about continuing your career, you will have to start your own crusade. It is not going to be easy...jobs are scarce and everyone is trying to hold on to their own jobs even if they hate it.
So, I was terminated yesterday after many years of hard work; the reasons do not matter, what matters is that I am unemployed and I need a job. I would like to share my experiences while searching for a job with whoever wants to read this blog.
Tomorrow I will start writing about the Rules of Engagements that I am establishing before my job crusade. The first one: Inventory what I have and determine what I need.
